Always a great time getting to sit down and chat at Local 5 News We Are Iowa (WOI-DT)

Today we dove into the importance of off-season training and recovery for youth athletes. Off-season is one of the most important phases of athletic development to acquire new skills, improve mobility/stability, strength train, and try new activities. Additionally we discuss the importance of nutrition to teach athletes how to “fuel” themselves properly for high performance.
